A timeless interior

Why I get involved?

I love the challenge of creating a new colour palette for an existing restaurant, pub or hotel. Here the plan is to give this local pub, restaurant and bedrooms a brighter, more inviting look using the existing spaces and furniture.

New management meant the project was not completed, but it is a great visual of how a project works.

Creating a colour palette

How I help?

I create a colour palette by taking photographs of the area, and the new palette, textures and fabrics will bring a fresh contemporary look inspired by the surroundings.

I was proposing reupholstering tired furniture and sourcing all the fabrics with the correct flame-retardant and martindale requirements, and was also looking at the acoustic options for the spaces.

What was the impact would have been?

Many of the spaces were very beige or tired, and by changing the wall colours and adding in key fabrics we were introducing a tranquil, modern feel to the interiors. The textures and pattern will soften the space and give it its own unique look.
